Three-bedroom house, located in Strovolos, Nicosia.
Contemporary meets modern in this sanctuary.
The architects and designers embraced cubism when designing this house. Cubism is a style of art first started by Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque which aims to show all the possible viewpoints of an object all at once. It is called Cubism because the items represented in the artworks look like they are made of cubes and other geometrical shapes.
The house is heavily inspired by cubism with its scattered cube structures and features. The designers used warm colours and organic materials to break up the geometry and soften the structure creating warm, gentle spaces.
